We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact Deep Valley Nets at deepvalleynets@gmail.com with details of the product and a photo of the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to 89 Haymond Rocks Rd, Mount Clare WV, 26408.

 

Once the defective item is received, it will be examined and officially deemed defective by the owner. If your item is deemed defective, you will receive an email and have the option to receive a new item or be refunded using the original method of payment.
